RUBY'S PAGE

A little about Ruby, hhmmmmm: Her name has meaning. She is my rare and precious gem, I got her in July a week after my birthday (ruby is the birthstone). I believe Ruby is now 11 months old (give or take a month). She was the runt of the litter and still a little small for a boxer. She loves all her babies (toys) to shreds. Her boyfriend is a west-highland terrier who lives 2 doors away. She is a boxer in every sense of the word: She's intelligent. She's most sweet-tempered dog I have ever had (as well as the first boxer I have ever had). She has a fabulous sense of humor. She is very mischievous. She smiles all the time, because she's always happy. She loves to counter-surf (going after food on the counter, especially the cat's). She loves children, she loves everybody, actually ! But most importantly (to me) she loves me the best. She gives the best kisses. She is adorably cute (and she knows it). She makes me laugh at least twice a day. She always attracts attention when we go out. People always ask questions about her, or comment how cute she is, or that she looks like Petey from "The Little Rascals". She loves going to the dog park and runs like crazy. She enjoys her rides in the truck, she is my co-pilot. She, of course is spoiled rotten. I wouldn't have it any other way. She is quite simply the best thing that has happened to me in the last couple of years. This dog loves life, and I love her ! I always look forward to coming home to her after a long day's work. Not unlike many other boxer lovers, I suppose.
